The National Academy of Art welcomed foreign students to study during the Summer Semester of Academic Year 2024/2025 under the ERASMUS+ Programme

On 24 February 2025, the National Academy of Art officially welcomed foreign students from Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, and Spain, who will study in the Departments of Printmaking; Book, Illustration, Printed Graphics; Poster and Visual Communication; Ceramics; Porcelain and Glass Design; Scenography, and Fashion Design. The Academy continues to be the choice of preference for students from all over Europe to carry out their Erasmus+ mobilities. In their motivation letters, the foreign students highlight the Academy's role in building the visual environment and sensitivity to art in Bulgaria, teaching traditions and academic environment.
Students of the National Academy of Art, who are about to carry out Erasmus+ mobility or those who have already completed their mobilities take on the role of “buddies” to the incoming Erasmus+ students. Thus, they facilitate the adaptation of their foreign fellow students to fully experience their stay in Sofia and the Academy.
