10 Fashion Etudes in 10 Days

16–26 April 2026, every day from 6:00 pm onwards
MINOAR Flagship Showroom, 131 Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd, Sofia

EUDAIMONIA is a 10-day site-specific installation project, within which 10 young artists from the Department of Fashion Design, pursuing the Master's degree programme in Fashion Management and Branding, present 10 fashion concepts in the form of unique fashion installations. Each artist has at their disposal a showcase and space of the MINOAR showroom for one day, transforming it in an original way with their own means in order to present an authorship fashion product. The project's conceptual framework is Aristotelian ethics–the idea of the so-called eudaimonia: the supreme “good” or “spirit”, that is, complete happiness, or the ultimate goal (an end in itself) of the “good” existence, which can be achieved only through the balance between opposing values. Each artist shows a clash by reformulating the pairs of ancient values and at their expense discovering new ones – the modern dialectic of contradictory concepts such as past–present (future), presence–absence, softness–hardness, inner–outer, transient–eternal, order–destruction.
