The National Academy of Art participated in the Fifth Edition of Career Guidance Forum "Where to Now?" in the city of Ruse

The National Academy of Art participated with its own expo stand in the Fifth Edition of the Higher Education and Career Guidance Expo "Where to Now?", which took place on 7 February at the Income Building in Ruse.
At the Academy's stand, high school students in Ruse and the region received important information about the educational offers, the specifics of the entrance exams, student candidate courses and consultations. Presented were the opportunities for mobility under the Erasmus+ programme, art residencies, scholarships and dormitories, and the professional development offered by the National Academy of Art–the oldest higher education institution for training of professionals in the field of visual and plastic arts, design, restoration, art history and new media.
The Academy was presented by Assoc. Prof. Teodor Lihov, PhD (Department of Design in Advertising), Asst. Prof. Emanuela Kovach (Department of Drawing), Asst. Prof. Iliyan Ivanov (Department of Woodcarving) and Yavor Kondov, Public Relations Senior Expert.
Among the official guests at the forum were the Deputy Mayor of Ruse Municipality – Department of Sports and Youth Activities, Borislav Rachev, and the Director of the Municipal Youth Centre – Ruse, Krassimira Nikolaeva.
The event, organised by the Youth Parliament – Ruse, with the support of the Municipal Youth Centre – Ruse, the Municipality of Ruse and the Municipal Enterprise "Ruse Art", brought together representatives of 24 higher education institutions from Bulgaria. The visitors also had the opportunity to listen to live podcasts with the participation of 16 specialists from various professional fields.
