2020.08.06

The XI edition of Summer Academy for Children and School Students (SAfCSS) officially started on 3 August 2020 at the National Academy of Art (1 Shipka Street) with a festive happening. Students of the National Academy of Art had prepared numerous activities and surprises for the young artists. The programme of the first day included a workshop "Man and Masks" and activities dedicated to the 120th birth anniversary of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry - the father of The Little Prince. Children and school students made Exupery’s plane and everyone's favourite characters - the Prince, the Fox and the Rose. The day finished in front of Academia Gallery where the children presented their works and paraded wearing the masks they had made.

The key highlights of the cultural and educational programme of the XI edition of SAfCSS of the National Academy of Art will be announced.
